Logo/branding
We were overjoyed to be invited by the City of Edinburgh Council to design the logo for a new Primary School in Edinburgh.
A beautiful new build sustainable school, which opened in January 2025. Built to be a two-storey, low-energy building, meeting the Passivhaus standard. With a catchment area covering the rapidly expanding Maybury, Cammo and West Craigs areas of Edinburgh.
Three logo’s were designed and then voted on by staff, parents and future pupils.
The winning design was based around trying to symbolise some of the features and history of the area, together with elements reflecting the values and goals of the school.
Loved working on this project! From learning about the history of the area, to developing and stripping down the illustrations to their cleanest, purest forms.
