ABOUT THE PROJECT

Struileag

We were invited to create the artwork for Struileag’s show ‘Children Of The Smoke’ that was part of the Glasgow Commonwealth games artistic programme. The show was performed outdoors in Glasgow Green to an audience of hundreds, with original music composed by Edinburgh composer Jim Sutherland.
We were provided with beautiful photographs that we heavily tweaked and colored as the lead images, balancing the mood and colors throughout the other panels to create an overall project that fluently expressed the Gaelic themes of the show.
A CD was created for the project, together with promotional flyers, posters, adverts, a programme and pop-up banners.
