Multi-award winning theatre company Grid Iron asked us to create the promotional artwork for their new show ‘Bingo! A New Musical Comedy’.
A dark comedy based around a small town Scottish bingo hall. Where a woman’s desperation over losing her friends money for a girls trip to Vegas, leads to a spiralling hostage situation, police involvement, and blood…
This story was a treat to illustrate, we tried to create a bold, standout image, glam and Vegas, but also miserable Scottish! The signage was drawn from scratch in illustrator and finished in photoshop, where we added the background and effects.
The image was used on all promotional publicity both in print and online.
