Bio-Rhythm

The promoters of Edinburgh clubbing institutions Manga and Sublime came together to create this awesome month long electronic club festival that ran during the August Fringe Festival and brought some of the largest names in electronic music to the city.

We created this artwork to reflect the epic scale of the event, making something unique, powerful and bold, presenting it as the cut above everything else that was going on at the time.

The Bio-Rhythm logo was designed to fit the electronic theme and given some slight depth via 3D effects. The background image was created using a top end 3D progamme to create the alien-esque wires, which were then imported into photoshop where the full scene was formed using additional effects and lighting. We used clean modern typography elsewhere to display the huge line-up and reflect the professionalism of the event.

Continuing on from the huge success of the festival, Bio-Rhythm put on occasional one off events in the future, for which we created new artwork retaining the house style but using new base colors.
