Promotional signage
Edinburgh’s Kick Ass Hostels’ unique bar front – a sliced up classic VW Campervan – needed their windows covered to hide the inner workings of the bar.
We wanted to use this prominent space to promote elements of the hostel, such as their food and drink offers or social media. They were designed in the style of fifties adverts newspaper, with bold colours and punchy retro fonts.
It’s always great to be able to not take design too seriously and have some fun with it. So it was a treat to write ridiculous sells for the ads!
